Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Superios collects and uses personal information in connection with superios.shop, digital-resource purchases offered to customers in the United States, and customer support. “Superios,” “we,” and “our” refer to this store. Digital-product purchases do not involve physical shipping.
Information collected and its sources
Information supplied directly by you can include your name, email address, billing address, phone number where supplied, account information, order details, and support messages or attachments. Billing information may be requested for payment verification and tax calculation; it is not a shipping destination for a digital purchase. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or sensitive health or financial records in support messages.
The website and service providers can collect IP addresses, browser and device information, pages viewed, and interactions with the store through cookies and similar technologies. We also receive transaction information from services involved in processing purchases. Payment information entered on an external payment page is handled by that service under its own privacy practices.
How information is used
Contact, billing, account, and transaction information is used to process purchases, provide digital-product access, maintain order records, respond to support requests, review refund or access problems, verify payments, calculate applicable taxes, and address fraud or misuse. Technical and usage information is used to maintain store functions, understand traffic, and improve the site. Information may also be used to meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Email choices
If you subscribe to store emails, your email address is used for those communications. You can request that promotional emails stop by emailing support@superios.shop or using an unsubscribe option included in the message. Order, account, and support messages may still be needed to handle your purchase or request. Subscribing to promotional email is separate from purchasing a digital resource.
Service providers and disclosures
The store uses Sellvia and providers involved in hosting, store operation, checkout, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. Information needed for those functions may be disclosed to or processed by those providers. The checkout currently directs customers to Sellvia Market to complete payment. Review the privacy information presented at that destination before providing payment information.
Google Analytics is connected through Google Site Kit and receives technical and usage information through its tracking technology. Google processes that information under its own applicable terms and privacy practices. Provider-operated technologies may collect information about interactions with this site and other online services according to their settings and practices. Disclosures may also be made where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, enforce rights, resolve disputes, or protect security.
Cookies and online tracking
Cookies and similar technologies can maintain sessions, shopping carts, and site preferences and measure site usage. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect store or checkout functions. Browser cookie settings do not necessarily prevent every form of technical-data collection or change information already processed by external services. Visiting or browsing the site is not blanket consent to every use of personal information.
Cart recovery and tracking choices
An abandoned-cart plugin is installed and recovery-email templates are enabled. Contact and cart information supplied during checkout may be used for reminders about an incomplete purchase. You can ask support to stop promotional or cart-recovery emails. For current cookie controls, Google Analytics opt-out information, and Do Not Track disclosures, see our Cookies and Tracking page. Use the cookie banner or floating Cookie Preferences button to accept, reject, or change optional Statistics choices. Google Analytics tags on this site remain blocked until Statistics is allowed. Browsing alone does not give analytics consent.
Privacy requests and U.S. state rights
Email support@superios.shop or use our Contact Us form to ask about information associated with you or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your state of residence and whether its privacy law applies to the store, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of information, opt out of certain uses or disclosures, or appeal a denied request. These rights are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions. A request will be assessed under the law that applies; this policy does not claim that every state privacy law applies to the store.
Provide enough information to identify the relevant account or order and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority before disclosing or changing records. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. If a request is denied, you may ask support to reconsider and explain the basis for the decision. Nothing in this policy limits a right to complain to an applicable regulator or receive protection against unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the status of the purchase or support issue, and applicable accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal requirements. Some records may need to be retained after an account is closed or a deletion request is made. A request to delete information does not necessarily require deletion of records that the law permits or requires us to retain. Withdrawing consent, where applicable, does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact support with questions about a particular record.
Children and purchasing
Purchases must be made by an adult as described in our Terms and Conditions. Parents or guardians should purchase resources intended for use with children. Children under 13 should not submit personal information or create an account. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact support so the matter can be reviewed and the information handled as required by applicable law.
Security and external services
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and this policy does not guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials confidential and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. External websites, including payment destinations, have their own privacy policies. This policy describes the Superios store and does not replace those policies.
Changes to this policy
Revisions will be posted here with an updated date. Review this page for current information. A policy revision does not itself authorize new uses of information collected under earlier promises. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by applicable law.
