About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern use of superios.shop and purchases of Superios digital resources offered to customers in the United States. Read these terms, the product description, and the linked delivery and refund policies before purchasing. “Superios,” “we,” and “our” refer to this store. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable federal or state law.
Purchases and accounts
Purchases must be made by an adult who is at least 18 and legally able to enter into the transaction. A parent or legal guardian must make purchases for a minor. Provide accurate contact and billing information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. If you use an account, keep its credentials confidential and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. These terms do not make you automatically responsible for unauthorized charges or waive payment-dispute rights provided by law.
Products, prices, and payment
Review each product description for the included files, format, and any stated compatibility or access requirements. Prices, currency, discounts, applicable taxes, and the total payable are shown in the purchasing process. Review the final amount before authorizing payment. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. If checkout sends you to Sellvia Market or another payment service, review the terms and privacy information presented there. Do not assume that placing an item in the cart completes a purchase.
Digital products and delivery
Superios sells digital resources. No physical item is shipped with a digital-product purchase. Follow the access instructions provided with your purchase. See our Digital Delivery page. If access fails or the wrong file is supplied, contact support with your order number and product name. No delivery time or continuing-access period is promised unless stated for the particular purchase.
License and copyright
Purchased digital resources are for your personal, non-commercial use unless Superios expressly grants different rights in writing. You may download, read, and print a purchased resource for that permitted use. Purchase does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property ownership. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, uploading to file-sharing services, or repackaging for sale is prohibited. Store text, designs, graphics, and other content also remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These restrictions do not prohibit uses protected by law.
Cancellations and refunds
Before downloading, contact us to request cancellation or refund review; a request does not guarantee approval. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it is treated as consumed and is not eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind refund. Genuine access problems, defective or incorrect files, resources materially different from their description, and duplicate charges are reviewed for correction or refund. Permitted use and misuse
Do not use the site for unlawful conduct, fraud, infringement, harassment, malicious code, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation. We may restrict access or decline or cancel a transaction where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, or material violations of these terms. Any payment already collected for an order canceled by us will be handled in accordance with applicable law. These provisions do not permit us to retain payment without supplying the purchased product or an applicable remedy.
